If you have a technical support issue, you can use any of these features to try and rectify the problem yourselves. If that doesn't work, you have the option of taking advantage of Live Chat - which will allow you to real-time chat with a member of the support team. From this feature we can simply talk through the issue you are having, or even take remote control (if you let us) to resolve a problem for you.

Finally, you can also email technical support issues to us via firstname.lastname@example.org - issues emailed to this address will automatically enter our helpdesk list. All Brannel staff can login using their school login details, this will enable you to view the status of any tickets you have sent.
